MEET THE NEW TEAM AT

CELBRIDGE MANOR HOTEL

 

At the 4* Celbridge Manor Hotel, a new team has arrived, bringing with them a wealth in customer care and high standards in customer relations.

 

Darrell Penney. General manager of a new hotel group comprising of Celbridge Manor, Dundrum House in Tipperary and the Pillo Hotel in Meath, brings with him a new enthusiasm and drive to make the manor a staple of the community once more.

 

The Pillo Hotel was awarded Number One Family Hotel in Ireland for 2017 by TripAdvisor, which is now the aim of Celbridge Manor Hotel. A place where families can celebrate all special occasions such as 21st to 50th birthdays upwards, family lunches and private parties. Celbridge Manor offers a dedicated team to help make each special occasion one to be treasured.

 

Having recently joined the team, Brendan Spence is an experienced Operations Manager, having worked in well-known establishments such as Morans Red Cow Hotel and the Clarion in Liffey Valley amongst others. Brendan inspires his team with a hands-on approach ensuring to that each and every guest receives top class customer service.

 

The new management team aspire to open up the 4* venue to the local people, with their newly refurbished restaurant and afternoon but also to newly engaged couples, as the hotel also doubles as an elegant wedding venue. The hotel honours a “One Wedding Per Day” policy, ensuring that couples receive personal attention on their big day.

 

This week also sees Stafford Chamberlain joining the management as Head Chef, he moves from the highly successful Pillo Hotel part of the group but has also worked locally in the Glenroyal Hotel, Maynooth.

 

In the newly refurbished bar and restaurant, you will find quality, locally sourced food and beverages but at prices that won’t break the break.

Sunday Lunches will see themed day events planned round the calendar such as face painting, magicians Santa to give the kids that extra bit fun on their day out’ points out Darrell.

 

Live music will be available every Saturday night in the bar with tribute bands playing in the famous Arthur Guinness Hall once a month. It can accommodate up to 300 people so there will be a great atmosphere in the hall.

 

For parties, with three function rooms to choose from in the hotel, you be spoilt for choice. Plus, with a selection of menus available that can be tailored to suit the occasion and budget, Celbridge Manor Hotel is the perfect choice for your next family occasion.
